"I love WH but stay away from this location, it's a dump. Tables not cleaned off, dirty silverware as in fork completely yellow from dried egg, coffee mug still had old coffee on it. Waitress had bf on speakerphone while wandering around talking. Could go on but you get the idea. STAY. AWAY. It's a dump."

"Service was trash. Seems like they weren’t trained at all. Kitchen staff was lazy, they all seemed like they didn’t like each other. Today, Saturday Dec 30, I couldn’t catch his name, but the dude with tats on his arms cooking who wears glasses. Double his pay immediately. He took charge at one point cuz people were standing around doing nothing so he made a dude who was standing doing nothing, do the dishes. And he just cranked out every meal like a ninja and did all the work by himself. Servers were just openly complaining and voicing frustration right in front of people at the bar eating. Where is the management?? Easily the worst WH experience I’ve had."

"6am the place smelled like floor cleaner, an industrial fan blowing the floor’s dampness across my face, the waitress asking me what I want from literally 18ft away, the guy working with her slamming pots, making high pitched ear busting squeaks while cleaning the grill he seemed pissed and was taking it out on the cleaning chore making as much banging and pot throwing noise he could. Then started whistling, then put on his own boombox playing 90’s headbanger pop. Surreal. The coffee had to be the bottom of a burnt up batch I couldn’t lighten it with 8 creams ruined my tastebuds for the rest of the meal which I’ll assume was ok. Restaurant protocol isn’t for the sake of aesthetics rather for health and safety. This guys hair was ratty and hanging out everywhere while he cooked the meals. Sorry man but a hairnet is required in your case, a very large strong knit hairnet I would think. Something’s not right here, very. I like Waffle House, 24hrs, American breakfast, relatively cheap, but I’m not returning to this location. I apologize for any offense taken. My aim is to honestly advise the masses… and maybe let those that don’t like their job that others can tell and it’s not a good thing. Peace."

"Outstanding value with the senior menu. The service was A+. Great place for a sit-down meal - they also let me purchase 2 loaves of bread which is greatly appreciated. Fun place to spend the morning - enjoyed the cats, the bread, the employees and the raccoons!"

"I placed my order of chicken melt plate, with hashbrowns smothered, covered and chunked. I didn't have onions or cheese on my hashbrowns. I sent an email to The Waffle House on 3739 Pamela Rae Dr, Louisville, KY 40241 since there is no direct phone number to call to complain about my order. I still haven't received a call or email from them. Plus, food was not hot. Won't visit this location again!"
