"I arrived KFC at 9:30 PM, only to find that KFC had already turned off the lights and closed. Across the street, McDonald's, Burger King, and Taco Bell were still open. Only KFC was closed. However, Google displayed that KFC's operating hours were until 11 PM. It's really disappointing."

"The food has been good every time that we have eaten there, the service at the very start of the visit was not so good because we went in to order, we were told that we had to do our order on a kiosk, well we don't do well with those things so we were going to leave and go else where. We made it back outside to our truck and the lady that was leaving at the same time we were going in stopped and got out of her car and took us back in and took our order. She was very nice and very polite and took our order, she thanked us for coming in and then left. I think management needs to realize that all people are not tech savvy. You can push as much as you want to try and force people to use these things but I bet you will lose a lot of business."

"This KFC is the worst & I do not recommend this one to anyone. They serve hard as a rock spicy wings & the guy at the window is ALWAYS with an attitude. I hope that the corporate office sees this review and go to this site to make better adjustments to the food, management and customer service experience. I will drive 10 miles out of my way the next time because this KFC on Blankenbaker Pkwy will never get a dime from me ever again. This is not the first time that I’ve been disappointed & dissatisfied with this location but I’m just now complaining because enough is enough."

"They messed up my order and forgot the other half after asking me twice what I wanted then once they fixed it they threw the meal together. and I had gotten no receipt, the lady at the drive through threw them away. along with that I had called and they had asked me to bring it up I live 24 mins away and was out for a vet appointment the manger didn’t say anything just let me talked and I said “well I don’t have a receipt” as she even asked if had one and I didn’t and so I ended the call. I was also told the “famous bowls” do not get filled up to the lid anymore not worth almost 7$"

"I have been to this location two times in the last month and they have been so welcoming in the dining room! I really appreciated their kindness and they made the experiences we had there really stand out for us. The big box deal going on right now is also such an awesome deal for how much food you get and I highly suggest it! I hope management is well aware of how great their lunch crew is. They really are exceptionally good here!"
