"I went to this location and I will never go back.I asked for extra avocado ranch and was charged for it mind you.They put none on the power bowl and I went back and stated this and was going to be charged again.I said I already paid for it and shows on the receipt and the girl at the window is very rude handed me one cup of avocado ranch with a very rude and obnoxious tone said she was only giving me one.WILL NEVER GO BACK.I was sooo mad after I paid for it I am being treated this way.Hell no!!You all need new management and the girl at the window needs an attitude adjustment.I am so tired of people treating paying customers this way .It already is soooo overpriced as it is now .Now your going to give me attitude and not give me what I requested and paid for .Totally disrespectful. If I were management and heard this girl speaking this way to customers she would have reprimanded and possibly fired if it did not change.This is the third time I have been treated like this and I am a very nice person to everyone.I am just not going to let people go more on this behavior.You are getting paid to do a job that is not that hard so take a chill pill and treat people better . That is all I am asking.Good customer service is everything and you all have clearly failed!!!"

"We were hanging out at the ER vet down the road. Decided to swing by Taco Bell and we were impressed. Honestly can’t say we’ve had a past experience at any other location’s that were this good. All the food was hot and fresh and the young lady working the drive through was so polite and friendly. The staff here definitely went above and beyond!"

"The last couple times we've pick up food from this location, either we didn't get everything we ordered,shells were not fresh, or food/frozen drinks not made correctly. Prices are going up, but quality is not. It might be better to go to a sit down restaurant for tacos moving forward, at least it would be worth the money to get fresh food. I know people are going to say, "what do you expect from a fast food place?". My answer, "consistency"."

"I ordered the number 2 the 3 soft taco’s and a drink , well I get home home I live across the street my tacos flour shell was so wet and soggy that’s all you taste was the wet, soggy nasty flour shell it had the bag all wet and my hands , plus cloths I took one bite and you could or even taste the meat or anything in it .. I called back up there it took them several times to pick up got hung up about 4 times they are slow and very rude.. I would not recommend going to this Taco Bell"

"I don't even like Taco Bell but I will give this place six stars if I could. This Taco Bell has one key element that very few other fast food restaurants, or any business that deals with customers on a regular basis has. And that is Miss Mariah at the drive-thru window. If the world had more people like her then I think we'd be in a lot better shape. That kind of customer service is unheard of, I mean seriously you just don't see that and I appreciate you for who you are. If the owner or manager of that Taco Bell sees this, I want you to know you got a special person working for you and you should make sure and treat them accordingly"
