"Store was coder inside and outside. They have no level of control of the temperature settings. Five people working three with AirPods in 25 minutes for two chicken sandwiches a biscuit and red beans and rice. Gotta love fast food. I mean $20 for a chicken sandwich a small drink and a one scoop aside better off going to a sit down restaurant."

"Missing an item again. This is only the second time I’ve ate here and both times the service sucked because they failed to give me my complete order even asking if it was all there and she said yes but when I got home I found out it wasn’t. Twice now I’ve paid for a 3rd side dish and was charged but I didn’t receive it."

"What is up with Popeye's lately? They must have changed vendors lately. Chicken tenders had "NO" chicken in any of them. My chicken sandwich was 1/2 the normal size, no breading, and was dry."

"I placed part of my order at drive thru and before I could tell them what drink I wanted they asked if I would mind waiting. I said no but they never asked me about my drink. I waited a few moments then asked if I could finish my order. They took my order and told me to pull forward. When I got to the window they gave me the total and my drink. After my card was processed they asked me to pull into a parking space to wait for my food. I waited 30 minutes. When someone came to my car they asked what my order was. When they returned 5 minutes later I finally got my food which was hot and delicious."

"So I went through the drive thru a few days ago and tried ordering mashed potatoes and was told they could not find them. Today, I ordered mashed potatoes and biscuits. After driving Away I realized they gave me chicken instead of biscuits and the mashed potatoes had some kind of watery liquid (not even close to consistency of gravy on them). I understand short staffing but quality matters. I will respect you more if it takes longer and I get quality product."
