"I visited this store on a Sunday after noon. I went inside to sit down and have lunch. I waited in the lobby, no acknowledgement at all from multiple employees walking back and forth across the front line. I waited. And I waited. After a few minutes of waiting for someone to simply say hello. I said, excuse me, no one responded. I said, excuse me a little louder. Nothing. After a third excuse me, the thin older white lady, who appeared to be the manager ok duty, threw her pointer finger up to me and said, I am busy, you can wait. I said, appreciate you responding. Just making sure you know I am here. While I contemplated leaving, she did come over a few minutes later to retrieve my order. I got my food reluctantly and left. Won’t be back. I don’t know what kind of customer service this is considered, but to me it was rude!!!!!"

"Store is so inconsistent on product. It’s dirty. I have stopped in twice and it’s always a disaster . First time they were out of chicken . This last time Reminded me why I never eat there. I am actually happy the register were down and they couldn’t take my order this time seeing the filth as I walked out thank you fate.No apology nothing just can’t take your order."

"I stop here because it's the only Burger King in between two jobs. The last two times I've gone in it has been the same. I order ahead and still stand there for more than 10 minutes waiting for my food. The Shift Lead moves at a snail's pace. Just like last time, on this visit it was more than five minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. My buns were stale, they were out of onion rings and even though I saw my food sitting under the warmer when I walked in it still took 10 to cross the counter, and then I had to go back to the counter to find ketchup. My suggestion is to spend less time decorating for Halloween and more focusing on shortening your ticket times."

"Do NOT go to this location. Paid for food I didn’t receive, along with a handful of other people who were waiting inside for their missing food. Half the items on sandwiches were also missing. Paid a fortune for some empty breakfast sandwiches after waiting 20 minutes in drive through. They can’t get any normal people to work there. Half the time the place is closed during normal day time hours."
