McDonald's

"They forget something on our order everytime. When we get our food it is always old and limp. NEVER hot and fresh. We have been told countless times that their machines are being washed or are down so we cant order a certain food/drink. We will never go to this location ever again.Most lazy and slow workers I have ever seen. I use to work at a McDonalds. Not a great location"

"Ordered via the app. When I arrived I checked in and input which spot I was parked. Waited over 20 minutes and the app updated that my food had been delivered. No food delivered. Asked the worker carrying food out he stared at me with a deer in headlights look. Went inside nobody at the registers. Asked if I could speak to someone all the employees in the kitchen ignored me and a few other patrons standing there. Eventually I had a bag thrown across the counter towards me and a cup sat next to my bag. I asked is this my order. Still not a word from the manager that threw the food bag at me. I looked in the bag it appeared to be what I ordered so I took it and the cup and got my own drink. Went back to my car handed out the food. One sandwich was missing bacon. At that point I was not willing to endure going back inside to get it fixed. Employees including manager were rude. Worst experience I've had at a McDonald's."

"This place is the worst one. Ask them for plain with MAC sauce and they add Mac on top of everything.. 25 dollar order and nothing right.. they have gone down hill so bad… used to be my favorite one… really sad.. thier number not working can’t even get a credit or refund because had to be back at work I’m beyond upset.."

"I stopped at McDonald’s on 42 tonight on my way home. Ordered a quarter pounder and it is so bad I can’t even eat it. I suspect it’s been sitting there all day. The bun was rock hard, the cheese was rubber. And the fry’s were stone cold."
