"On 7.30.23 at I went to do a return on some items I purchase for a men's trip that we had to cancel. I went to the 6838 Harrisburg location. When I enter the store and I told the sales clerk my issue she stated we can't do a return without a receipt. And I asked why she stated company policy and i wasn'tasking for cash back. She then stated her manager was her and possibly could help me. Leslie the store manager came from out of the back office and said because it's to many of the same item she is refusing to issue a return. I told her the was shirts we all decided to where on our men's trip that I purchase to match. It was only 5 shirts. How is that to many? I was racially profiled for returning items."
