Foot Locker

"After a couple of stores looking for nikes for my grandson I went to the foot locker on old Spanish Trail and they didn't have them but Mr Gregory S. Called other stores and found where I could get them and had them put on hold for me. He went over and beyond with customer service. Kudos to him from me!!"

"Staff really did not want to help me find the shoes that I needed. Told me to go to a different store. The reviews were good so I chose this one, but literally tried 5-7 different shoes in 3 different brands and even tried the men’s section to try to find a pair that would work for my job. I only needed all black or vans or converses. Not really a hard ask, but I left with no shoes. I would understand not having a few styles but to not have any in my size seemed a little crazy. I’m not even a hard size to find typically. Was going to get sweats too which they actually did have in my size but after they couldn’t find the mate to a shoe on the display that actually was my size and would work for me I decided it was a lost cause and I should just go because it seems this store just kind of didn’t want me to shop there."
