"This is the best BBQ store around folks. I shop around but I always end up coming back here. Let's be honest, the name brand grills they sell are the same as they are at other stores but that's not why you come back again and again. The knowledgeable staff and friendly service is what brings you back time after time. I've had some issues with my grill (manufacturers fault) and every time I go see Eric or Jerry they've really gone above and beyond to make it right. I really appreciate shopping at a store that continues to provide service after they've made their money. These guys know their grills! They also have a good selection of accessories and rubs."
"We recently purchased patio furniture on a Sunday and we’re told the store would be receiving furniture on Thursday for pickup or delivery on Friday. We had to call on Thursday to check and were told our furniture didn’t make it on the truck and it would be another two weeks! We found another patio set at a different store and went in for a refund of our money (4 days after sale, not received by anyone) and were told our money would not be refunded because our items were “special order.” We ordered from a line off the floor at the store with stock color cushions. Nothing to specially manufacture or any changes made, simply picked out chairs and loveseat from the line items available! Needless to say we are furious and the customer service is so poor. DO NOT purchase from this store."
"I am so disappointed in the customer service/care in this store. I have spent close to $8000 in this store this year on grills for my house and another client's home. I have been trying to get an item refunded or store credit and have been given such a run around. I was told they no longer carry it and I would have to go through the manufacturer which I tried to do. I was told that the store just placed another order from them and wasn't sure why they were giving me incorrect information. So I call the store back, get Jeremy on the phone who is the store manager. He tells me he will call me back by 2pm once he knows what they can do. At 2:30 I call the store back, Jeremy has left for vacation. Needless to say, this store has good stuff, but I can get the same stuff elsewhere and not be lied to given the run around."
"We recently purchased some outdoor furniture and was told that it was going to come from a different store but would be in perfect condition. After receiving furniture and unwrapping we found several stains and scratches. The solution we was given from the store is we could return merchandise and they would give us a refund. We obviously didn't want to return, we just wanted what was promised our furniture with no damage. After a visit to the store and coming to a resolution that cost us more money we purchased the same set that is on their floor, but for our inconvenience they were going to deliver. 3 days later I called the store to ask when they were going to deliver and one of the sales reps said they would have my sales guy call me. 10 minutes later I had a delivery service call to schedule my delivery which would take an additional week from today. I asked when was he contacted and he said he just received the work order 10 minutes ago. Once again they dropped the ball and forgot about us. When I called the store I asked if our funiture was still on the floor the rep said yes. We specifically told the manager to take off the floor and please wrap so that the funiture would not get damaged like the first set. Gary assured us he would, but obviously forgot and it's still on their floor. I would consider looking elsewhere if you are looking for any service especially after the sale."
