"This is a late review b/c I’ve had a busy week but I have time now. I came there Sunday w/ my baby & her dad doing some light Christmas shopping. We walked into the store around 6:30-6:35pm & there were still a large amount of customers inside even though they closed in 30minutes. We had 2 pair of shoes waiting behind the counter that almost got put back b/c of the employee that this review was about but the young Hispanic guy who helped us told them not to put them back (His customer service was a 10 by the way & if this review was solely about him it would have 5 stars!). He was in the back checking for an adidas slide size around 6:50pm when an employee w/ an old frizzy wig on started irritably cleaning up & saying “I’m ready to go home.” Not just once, twice, or even 3x but she said it about 20x before we left & there were still customers outside of us in the store! When looking at the other colors for the slides as we waited on the size, she moved the rack WHILE he was looking at them! Thats extremely rude & disrespectful to be in such a rush that you’re going to risk missing out on a sale for a different employee b/c you want to go home from a job you CHOSE to apply to. She also moved the seats crookedly as though she wanted to insinuate that they’re closing so don’t sit down which I sat down anyways b/c we were still WAITING & they were NOT closed. I used to work in retail for several years. You lock the doors when you close, not a minute before & telling the whole store that you want to go home is not going to rush the customers but is still very distasteful. At this point, she needs another job or maybe she should only be put on the schedule in the mornings b/c her attitude was trash. Even some of the employees seemed annoyed by her while others just laughed as though they’re used to her rushing them to clean up so that SHE can leave. No one else in the store was on that type of time. The rest maintained great attitudes & cleaned areas that customers were no longer in. If you guys have cameras please review the footage & have a long talk w/ her b/c her attitude alone will cause a customer to not return."

"IF I COULD GIVE IT A ZERO STAR REVIEW I WOULD. horrible managers especially Shari. HORRIBLE. I DONT KNOW WHY SHE IS EVEN A MANAGER. horrible human being. Does not deserve to be a manager, she is rude and she has very poor customer service! I went in there and I asked her a question about a particular shoe for my boyfriend and she straight up just gave me attitude. HORRIBLE. i will be contacting corporate to terminate Shari, because she is not a good manager. gives out attitudes and she stinks! HORRIBLE."

"The employees working here are super nice and helpful!. They helped us find our shoe sizes for the three of us(myself,husband and toddler). They had lots of sales on right now because of back to school shopping sales are still ongoing I assume. Husband found a new pair of Jordans for $165 and myself and toddler found a pair of Jordans in our sizes on sale also. My Jordans were marked down from $110 to $69 and my sons were marked down from $70 to $50. Just to give an idea of what kinds of deals footlocker got right now. We also were still able to get additional discounts as they offer Military discounts for both Active Duty and Veterans, so instead of $310 we got our shoes for a grand total of $270. So definitely you can get discounted offers combined with discounted store offers also!. So definitely take advantage if you’re part of the Military. So much more inventory here at this location compared to others also. Definitely will come back again. I love this mall and this location is definitely on point with the professionalism!. The employees are super friendly!."
