"I had the worst experience at the La Cantera location. I’m a new mom and thought it would be a good transition to put a pacifier in my 3 year old’s bear to let it go. I went on her birthday and I was the first one in. There was nobody there and only 2 girls working and they didn’t even approach me until I went to look at the bears in the front when I reached them. Then finally one did ask if I needed help. I said it was my daughter’s birthday and the idea and that it was my first time in and she briefly explained the stations. We stuffed it, went through it quick, didn’t have time to take any pictures and we went to find an outfit. Then I go to pay for everything and the lady asked if I wanted to take it like that or dress the bear. I said that I thought you’d have to pay for everything first and she further explained. Then I had to go back and dress it and when we printed the certificate, I didn’t know where to pick it up and they didn’t give it to me at the registers or asked if I had gotten it. It wasn’t until later I realized we didn’t get it. I felt cheated and rushed and just questioned why I even came in. The whole thing is just overrated and not worth it. Maybe if employees were on commission, they would actually care."

"Great customer service. We always have an exciting time here. It does suck that you cannot get a replacement sound chip for any of the Pokémon as the staff cannot reopen them to put in the new one. It’s an agreement made with Nintendo that prevents them from doing so. It is not their fault."

"The young lady with the black hair who does stuffing and register ID number as 0068021 , she’s been at this location for a long time . IS THE BEST WORKER THERE AND ALWAYS GETS OUR BEARS STUFFED NICE AND FIRM. We only request her to stuff our bears because she is extremely friendly , does the job right, and fast paced . That store is lucky to have her . She works well under visible crowds multi tasking . But she goes above and beyond and she is the only one who has made our experiences great every time . We have 8 bears or so , and she is the only one who really looks like they love their job and truly cares about customers. I am so pleased they have her . Store is always clean , but always fully stocked on things. They have the giant bear to take a photo with and photo props . Love it."
