"Sharon-assistant manager, is rude and unprofessional. I bought a pair of shoes for my mother that I wasn’t sure would fit her, so I asked her if it would be a problem to exchange for another size, if needed. I was told that it wouldn’t be a problem, simply bring them in for an even exchange. The shoes didn’t fit. I brought them back in to do a “simple” exchange. I wanted the same shoe, just a bigger size, now she wants to charge me $5.00 extra. She doesn’t know how to do an even exchange, she’s doing a return, and now the shoe costs more, and she’s charging me more-to just do an even EXCHANGE. I’ve never had to pay more to evenly exchange. Her attitude is rude and completely unprofessional. Too bad, because we are a family of 6 that but tons of shoes from this location. I will not be returning."

"Extremely rude employee here that accused my wife of leaving shoes on the floor that someone else's kids actually left on the floor. Even though she didn't leave them on the floor, she ignored that employees rudeness and helped pick up said shoes. Won't be spending our money here anymore."

"I would give no stars if it were possible. I went in today to return a pair of shoes that did not fit right. I had worn them once for 5 minute, and I bought them last week. I did not have the box. The lady at the front was so sweet Sharron she said "she would get her manager". Elizabeth came to the front, and told me i could not return them, but i had my recipt but no box. She flipped them over and said they have been worn mind you i wore them a whole 5 minutes because they did not fit right, and were uncomfortable. Elizabeth was extremly rude more like condecending... pointing out everything wrong with the shoe. Its not what you say it is how you say it , and she said it pretty rudely. I barely ever return stuff, and have never had a problem tell today. I will no longer shop at famous footwear, it is pretty sad when one person can ruin a whole shoe store for you."
