"My wife and I stopped by Foot Locker on 13711 Westheimer Road to look for a particular Nike item. We always drive by this place thinking it was for the young people. What we didn’t know that it has Nike, Nike & more Nike merchandise. Amarris was the salesperson that greeted us, and begin to help us to find that particular Nike item. They didn’t have it in the store, but Amarris was quick to find it online at a better price. He took his time to work with us on other Nike merchandise we were looking to purchase. Not only was the service and prices were good, but the reggae music by Gregory Isaac Night Nurse one of my favorite songs were jammin in the background. By the way, the store was clean and smelling good. We were so pleased that we return the next day to purchase sneakers from Pierre who took the time to give us great service. A job well done by two of the greatest at their job. Stop by the Foot Locker West Oaks location on Westheimer Road asked for Amarris, and Pierre let them know that the Freeman’s sent you."

"Looking for shoes for my grandson. Store has friendly employees who greeted us at the door. Store is nice and clean with a large selection of shoes and apparel. Unfortunately they didnt have any color way for the Jordan Flares that he wanted, but still came out satisfied."
"I came into the store a little disgruntle because I needed tennis shoes but had no idea where to start. The young man Lars was. extremely helpful and patient with me while choosing the perfect shoe. He suggested numerous of styles I never would have considered. I even left with a new outfit. This is what A-1 customer service looks like . My new favorite location :)"
