"I was there on Black Friday and usually you lower your expectations because no one has time to go out of their way and make sue customers have the best experience but this person (forgot to ask his name) was so approachable and ready to help that I even forgot it's was the busiest time of the year for them. He helped me find the comparable style I was looking for. When I couldn't find my size on the floor he even went in the back to get me the right size. It only took me 10 - 15 minutes in the store and I walked out with these running shoes for on $29.99. Now that's a bargain."

"This New Balance Factory Store location has a decent selection for an outlet store and has pretty good prices year round. When they have a sale, the prices are very good. Customer service is okay. They offer military/veteran’s discount of 10% off. But, because the sale prices and clearance prices are discounted so much, I’ve almost never been able to receive the military discount. They have a policy which only provides the military discount for regularly priced items. This is quite dissatisfying."
