"Had a credit to use for Amex rewards. Went to browse in the fragrance section to see if they had a scent my husband likes. Was met with rude and condescending staff who corrected me about what I asked for and rudely spoke to me before telling me they didn’t carry it. She went out of her way to be a jerk to me. Won’t be back. Treating people in a demeaning manner might work elsewhere but here it just made me want to never return. Don’t waste your time coming here. This place is not it."

"Staff was more interested in their cell phones than the customers in the store. When going to the men’s section the employee working looked annoyed to have to put his phone down. Much better service at Neiman Marcus at La Cantera."

"Wow! Haven't been in a mall in two years. Went to Saks Fifth Avenue, for a special shopping event. The mall was super crowded, but available parking was everywhere. Saks had way more beautiful items than I expected. The place was clean with neat displays from cosmetics on the first floor, to the luxe designer wear on the second floor. Shopping the shoe salon, Stylist Noe Castro was on point with a great selection of shoes for try-on. They had a awesome selection of fruit, cheeses and delicious cookies, set to fuel our shopping experience. Thanks goes out to Ladies Shoes Manager, Ms. Anna for giving our shopping troop, a most enjoyable shopping experience. We will be back."

"Such a beautiful establishment. Most items are luxurious and expensive for good reason. The staff themselves give off a vibe that is fit for a place like this which is not a bad thing by any means!
