"at 02/11/2024 I went to this location in the afternoon. Very unhappy workers, not enough workers, and very unsatisfying service. I went there for a simple links watch adjustment to fit my wrist and the unhappy worker told me they "didn't" have the tools. You are telling me; you work at store selling watches but do not prepare for a situation when a customer comes in with a links watch needing a adjustment? and not only that they didn't at least recommend me a place I could go to. The only option they told me was to keep it or return it. I went back first floor disappointed when I saw a kiosk called "ENDLESS TIME" they adjusted my links watch in under 2 minutes and only charged $10 DON'T COME TO JCPENNY FOR A SIMPLE LINKS WATCH ADJUSTMENT."

"What you'd expect, but good luck finding the dressing rooms. There is 1 for the entire 1st floor, and it's tucked way back in the corner. At least I got a ton of steps on my FitBit while searching for it."

"This store has completely gone downhill! One, you can not find an associate anywhere on the floor for a question. Two, it needs some serious deep cleaning! And three, the escalators hardly work, and they let people walk up and down on them..completely remodel for sure!"

"Employees are very rude, pillows are disorganized and in wrong spots and prices are mismatched. Signs for boots say $19.99 but in tiny small letters say up to which mislead several elderly people. God forbid you ask for help. The lines are crazy long to pay. Only thing cool about this store is the 3 floors."

"Love going to this store...3 levels of greatness. Always clean. My grandson likes to stand up next to the mannequins and be still like one of them. Always have great service. Tried on Juicy jacket for black Friday pre sale. Love it...so soft."
