"Make you if you return shoes due to due wrong size or not worn/dont need, SAVE THE PLASTIC BAG IT COMES IN. I had called to see if I could get store credit and I was told absolutely just bring original receipts and we will do store credit for you! I was so excited! We were going to turn around and get tap shoes anyways. Went in today to return these and was told they could have done it but they couldnt help me due to they were not in the plastic bag they are sold in. Blown away. I understand protocol but it's as if they dont have more plastic bags in the back? I definitely will not be back and they have lost my business but more of a buyer beware and save all pieces of a baggie until you are absolutely sure about your purchase."

"Buyer Beware: Even if items (tights) are sealed and untouched, they will not take them back for return or exchange. Just don't waste your time here. There are much better ways to get dance clothes that are much more reasonably priced without the pious attitudes and low selection of this dance wear the establishment. In my prime, I was a collegiate modern dancer. I've since had seven children. So needless to say my body is not in great shape. I recently decided to get back into dancing. For my health and my strength. It's been an emotional decision because I have put on a lot of weight. I have come to this store often for a little things for my girls for their dance classes. They are very high priced! And honestly they do not have a very good selection as well. And the last time I visited I did not have a very good experience. The staff did not seem to know what they had. And then the woman that checked me out seemed very pious. While there getting a few more things for my girls, I grabbed a few things that I thought might work for myself as I start this new journey in dance. However when I returned home I realized that the woman that helped me did not know what she was talking about. And I did not get the correct size in leotards etc. Today, just 3 days later, I returned to the store having only tried on one leotard, and tried to return my items. Even though I had not even touched the tights, I had not opened them they were obviously still factory sealed, they would not take them in return or exchange. They said it was for sanitary reasons, which is ridiculous considering they were still obviously factory sealed. Well, they have missed out on a great amount of money that I was planning to spend with them today for my two daughters. They have dance camps all summer and my 7-year-old is starting an intensive. I was about to outfit them for their summer fun. But, I will now take my business elsewhere."

"We visited this store as first timers today and they were great. The lady working was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She definitely knew her stuff - even with a "rogue" foot size in relation to the dancer's age she knew very accurately what size he would need (my son has enormous feet for his age). Very glad to have this resource for my new company dancer and will happily be back to buy the next size when needed!"
