"I love Sketcher's but not this store. I couldn't get any help and the selection of shoes wasn't that good. Prices seemed high for an outlet store if that is what this is. I usually get mine at Academy or Amazon and will in the future."
"Even I couldn't find what I wanted or they didn't have my size, the clerk tried to give me recommendations and check other stores for my size. Though I had to get someone to help me, the service was good. I think maybe they were a little short handed."
"Horrible! I wished there was a zero! For me they do not deserve a 1! I came in yesterday with my elderly father who has trouble walking (he has a crutch but we're headed to a wheelchair soon). I asked for someone to help me. I so wished I had got the lady's name. She did finally offer to help. I let her know he has balancing issue (neuropathy) and it's time to move to velcro. She stopped and said we don't have any velcro. Then she said we do have slip on type shoes. She pointed me somewhere and I said could you please help me fit him into some shoes. No, like please help me? I think she was more concerned about losing some commission or something...didn't really want to help me. She asked me what size does he wear. I'm his daughter I really don't know can we measure? She asked him and I explained don't trust the answer poor guy has dementia. Can we measure? She tossed a metal measure on the floor. I had to help Dad sit down. He tried putting his shoe in the tool and I said no here let me take off your shoe and she said it's ok shoe is fine. She took off and came back with a size 11. It was too tight trying to get his foot in. I struggled while she watched. She said that's an 11 and he has an inch in the toe top. I asked if we could get a wide...like I'm the shoe expert. She said he has an inch at the top. Me: Yes, but it's tight, could we get a wide. Evidently there weren't any wide ones because she left and came back with a totally different shoe. Dad said they were comfortable. Keep in mind he has dementia. I looked and felt the sides and toe. We took them. Got home and the little guy said comfortable but there's room for 2 fingers in the back. At first I was like why didn't you feel that earlier, but it's not his fault. Probably mine. But I'm thinking not. I don't understand the who experience but everyone needs to know that there is no help from the staff. You are on your own. I asked for help....no half $@& help. I brought the shoes back and asked for a refund. I told the very young clerk that this wouldn't have happen had the sales person helped as requested. He snickered and said oh I'm sorry. I don't see the humor in any of this. This place is a joke if you don't know what shoe you need. The people working there are just awful and zombies. We will never go back again. It is an outlet and maybe that's the problem but they don't even have outlet prices. All the woman who supposedly helped me said was "sure you don't want 2 pair, the second one is half price." All they are concerned with is making the sale. She was an older adult and the refund was processed by a kid. Never again for me. The Dallas Running Company in Southlake is a much better option. Never skechers again."
"I spent all morning, trying to find a specific sketcher shoe in Southwest Fort Worth. I absolutely found nothing and could get no help. I discovered sketchers in Euless Town center and a gentleman named Josh was wonderful not only did he locate the shoes he held them till I got there. I wish I had had him earlier. thank you sketchers for having such a professional and hard-working employee such as Josh. The store was busy and he showed respect to everyone and helped me. I’m very pleased with my purchase, and will return to the store even though it’s on the other side of town."
"I bought sandals for my kid and the straps broke in two days. I took me just past 30 days to bring it back since I did not get a chance to come back and they would not exchange it. Poor way to treat a regular customer."
