"I needed to purchase a pair of shoes for work urgently. So, last minute I had to rush in to this store and buy my shoes. If I had another option, I wouldn't have. The customer service was disappointing. Shop somewhere else! I usually shop at Bear Creek Running Co. Expensive shoes but they have wonderful customer service and beautiful collection."

"Tayden and Craig followed us around the store while others shopped in the store, and they were not at all friendly. Then, when we were ready to purchase the shoes, we were told they accept military discounts, but when I said here is my ID they both took a look at it as if it was me in the picture. They verified it, and Craig came back to our side of the register and stated, “Sorry, we only accept military discounts on certain brands of shoes, and the ones I was purchasing didn’t qualify for the deal. Shame on Famous Footwear for not allowing a veteran a tiny discount on a pair of shoes, if this truly is a policy and not one made up on a customer-by-customer basis. I wouldn’t recommend shopping with this company .Watauga Texas location"

They are out of a lot of the popular kid sizes (c'mon, Back to School is around the corner...I hope they have their stuff together for Tax-Free Weekend). Went to Foot Locker in Presidio and found everything we need (and then some) at extremely competitive prices."
