"Go to Sun City Snowcones instead, it's literally down the road. My kids and I love swinging by here on a hot day but lately the service is cr@p. Today there must've been 10 snow cone orders in front of us and it took 40min to reach the front of the line. 40. That's just ridiculous."

"Grew up loving this place but today I am in complete shock at the customer service. Went in today and asked for a bubble gum shaved ice. When I had a taste it was terrible. The flavor tasted like chemicals or hairspray and left a bad after taste. But I wasn’t up set sometimes things go bad and they have a lot a flavors so one out of many may just be bad. I go up to ask if maybe I can have another flavor. The man starts to get upset and goes off on me. He tells be the bubble gum shouldn’t taste like bubble gum gets my cup throws it in the sink and tells me he won’t be making another one. I was in completely shock and just walked away. I definitely won’t come here again and will let everyone know how poor the service is."

"Meh, they are usually pretty good. Today they seemed a bit rude. I asked for her to put two different flavors on my shaved ice and she refused. I told her I would pay extra and she wouldn't. I guess the customer isn't always right."

"La dueña is amazing!! Most shaved ice cream place just tastes like ice with flavor but this one actually tastes like they made the liquid froze it and then shaved it. Dont take long. Unfortunately it is outside so you do have to stand the sunny el paso heat but there is some shade. We ordered medium size cups and they are bigger than what i expected for 2 bucks each. Definitely get a bang for your buck."

"I have come here for years, i am not going to lie but it’s delicious and after being a client for years just today i bought a drink and i was just disgusted by this place. It was delicious but the cup had bite marks and they were definitely not mine. My sister’s cup had letters written in her cup. I am certain that they reuse cups and this just upsets me, i am never coming back again."
