"This ramen was AMAZINGLY GOOD!!! And filling good price too I’ve been to all the ramen places in Laredo and by far this is the best one I’ve tried. The atmosphere is great not too packed relaxing spaciousness is great. The flavor was amazing 10/10."
"We tried Slurpin Ramen for the first time. It was absolutely amazing! The restaurant is very clean and esthetically pleasing, we loved the decor. The food was perfection! We ordered some appetizers and a ramen to share. Had the seaweed salad, spam and tamago musubis, takoyaki, and the short rib ramen. Each dish was super fresh and flavorful. The ramen broth was rich and just perfect. We will definitely be back."
"We started with appetizer Takoyaki (which is like fried crab rangoon but better) my gf and I both got the short rib ramen. The broth was on point and very tasty. The ribs were very tender and fall off the bone. The boil eggs were lil cold but it didn’t bother me. I added chili oil to give the short rib ramen a lil spicy. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere is small and humble place to bring a date to try something new"
"Walking in, I was greeted with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The anime music playing in the background shows they know their customer base, and I loved it. The gyoza's and the egg rolls were delicious. The tonkatsu was SO GOOD! Good portions. The ramen is a little more expensive than other ramen shops, but it is definitely worth it. They give you a WHOLE egg, not just half an egg. So that's a win in my book. What won me over was the red chili powder they put at every table. It adds spice to any ramen and is a game changer. There is only one server right now, but I never waited for any of my food. Slurpin Ramen has to be the best ramen shop in Laredo so far. Definitely coming back."
"Enjoyable place to get good ramen. We went during the soft opening but luckily was not so crowded. As appetizer we got the gyozas, which were very good. On the other hand, we got the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, which was pretty good, a little spicy but very pleasant and the portion was very decent, the broth flavor was good although not as strong as others I've tried but still very tasty. Moreover we got the Short Rib Ramen which was my favorite, the broth flavor was good, and it included a big rib with tender meat that you can easily remove from the bone, this ramen was not spicy but we ordered Chili Oil on the side which added a very nice twist to the broth, so I highly recommend to do so if you like spicy food. Prices are accessible and the people attending are very nice and welcoming. Since we went during the soft opening, not all of the items were available yet but we were told that they'd add a Curry Ramen and desserts among other items."
