"Took my car here to get a sub replaced , car was out for a test drive when I came back like what?"
"First time ever doing business with JM Customs. I went in today and tried to get my Subs, amp, and potentially a in dash installed. Didn't happen today. I was told they were a lil booked for the day. Dampened my mood, but Javier accommodated me by suggesting a deposit of what I could and set me up for 5pm tomorrow. That being said I won't give a full review but for my initial interaction today and everything that occurred I will rate now. That will change hopefully after the complete job is done and with hopefully no need to go back due to any technical difficulties during installation. Javier's customer service was pretty good."
"Would give 0 stars if I could!! Wack af just went up there to look at a car, when I show up he tells me it someone is out test driving it. Unprofessional and not honest. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THROUGH THEM WHAT SO EVER!!!!"
