"After having such a terrible experience with the customer service at this location and the Altemesa location. We reached out to corporate and we were advised by a very rude employee that there is nothing they can do since each store is owned independently. We received a call from the owner his name was Robert and he owns both locations , he advised he would review with the other employees but he did not have any issues with how the situation was handled. He was very rude as well and stated everything was handled as it should have been. And he does not disagree with anything his employees did. We asked for his name at end of the call and he stated it’s the same name I gave you in the beginning. We are just very disappointed in the customer service and the overall experience."

"Needed an oil change, tire rotation, and state Inspection. Made an appointment online and they didn't have an oil filter available when I arrived and needed to order one. Not a huge deal. Later, I was told that they couldn't rotate my tires because they wouldn't be able to a perform an alignment due to the "lack" of tread and dry rot. Also, said they wouldn't perform a state Inspection because it would fail until I replaced all 4 tires. They also recommended brakes and rotor replacement. A total quote of over $2,000. My vehicle has 23k miles on it. Bought it brand new in 2020. Took the vehicle to somewhere else for a second opinion. It passed with zero issues aside from wipe blade inserts needed replacement. Will not be returning or recommending. But I appreciate them erring on the side.of caution Attached a picture of the "lack" of tread."
