"1. This is by far the worst customer service i’ve dealt with at discount tire. The guys at the front desk won’t even acknowledge people as they walk up. I think they need to be trained on proper customer experience. 2. week later I had a low tire and waited 15 minutes by the air check cone. No one came out to tell me that the wait was longer today. My past experience at other discount tires someone was helping me almost instantly. I think a little communication goes along way. Tell me that you are busy and the wait is going to be longer than usual."

"I have always have had good service at this location,but today was a different story. We have bought Michelin tires for all our vehicles. When entered parking lot wasn't very crowded,went inside and was helped immediately like always. I said time for rotation and balance,was told 45 minutes to an hour so I waited in lobby,after an hour,my truck was still sitting outside in parking lot while customers that came in after me were put ahead of me. I asked for my keys and left,very disappointed and felt wasn't an important customer."
