"My child is a type 1 diabetic and we began going through this pharmacy for her dexcom supplies. Conveniently I get a text telling me when my order is being shipped out! However, the day I got the last text....which was 5 days out from when the order was set to ship!!! I called to let them know I moved and asked them to update the address before it shipped. I even got a confirmation text of my new address...but when my order was delivered to my previous address and I called in upset about it, they tell me they did update my address but they failed to double check the order to make sure it was going to the right address!! Now, I call in to let them know what happened...and that order was shipped out 5/19/23... they tell me they will have FedEx return and pick up the order and get it sent to my new address....well here I am on 6/15/23 and not only did I never receive her supplies...they haven't even tried to fix the situation...so now I have to wait for another week for her supplies to be sent out just HORRIBLE service...if you can avoid them...do so at all costs because they could care less if they mess up....you will have to make do with what you have until next month!!!"
