"There's an older lady at the register with glasses who needs a rain check on customer service. There were two ottomans that I saw and I picked the one that was in better condition. However, as we were next in line for the register, my mom noticed a bit of a dent where the nails were when she opened the ottoman (which also had a storage space) and wanted to see if we could get a small discount or something. I asked the cashier if it's possible to give a small discount. She looked at me and my mom as if we asked a dumb question and kept interrogating us asking where the issue was when me, my mom, and my sister all noticed the dent. She was getting irritated and gave an attitude. It's okay to politely decline and I would be fine purchasing it regular price, but she gave a nasty NO like an annoyed kindergarten teacher. So, I told her nastily back, I DON'T WANT IT THEN, and had her take it back. If you are unhappy working there, don't take it out on your customers. Retire or find something that will make your life happier. I am going to go to the Echo Lane location and will never come back to Memorial drive location ever again."

"This is ridiculous store. And BAD service . I brought Item to return with the receipt. The cashier refused to take it DUE TO WITHOUT TJ MAXX BUT THE TAG IS CK IS ON and SHE asked me to bring to return to the store wherever I got it. PER ON CONVERSATION WITH THE STAFF AND LOVELY MANAGER IN ANOTHER STORE. THEY CONFIRMED YOU ARE LAZY TO TAKE MY ITEM BACK. THANK YOU GOD. I never come back this store again. Small and bad service"

"From the moment I walked into this store, the vibe, customer service, appearence, and overall view from a new customers eyes was amazing. Coming from San Antonio in town visiting my boyfriend, our stores in SA are a hot mess. The selection here of Michael Kors, Coach etc were way better in regards to color options, sizes, and choices in general. The towel section here was sooooo organized and for an OCD shopper like myself, that is big. Each aisle that I went in to there were like 10 of this, and 8 of that when it came to the amount of product on hand. Our stores here in SA only have one or two of something and barely much of a selection. I go into our stores and maybe I find one thing I like to purchase and that's a hit or miss. This store had so many selections of everything from clothes to household goods, and many other things. The ladies I spoke to were so sweet and the customer service was top notch. THIS store will definently be my go to every time I am in town in the future and will highly recommend this store to friends and family. Can't wait to come back and visit. The staff all need raises and tons of kuddos from corporate."

"This is my home TJ Maxx. I love this store! Great parking, fantastic friendly service, lines go fast and the selection is better than the other locations. I always find more than I need at this store. It’s also very clean. And guess what… not one person asking customers if they want to open a TJ Maxx credit card. I had to go to 2 different locations today and my first store was overselling that dang credit card. Thanks for not doing the high pressure thing, TJM! Best one for sure!"
