"So many things don't make sense with this report. I thought a multipoint inspection is included with an oil change but it is not reflected. Also the report claimed they vacuum floors... another lie (see the picture) Also from the report, it states that the cost exceeded the estimate... they never discussed the estimated cost with me before starting the work. They only told me the final cost after service. There was only one more customer at the time of my service and it was about 2 hours before closing time so it wasn't a time issue. The fact that they should perform the multipoint inspection is why I decided to visit a Jiffy Lube but I left so disappointed this time. Service was quick and employees were very polite."

"I’ve had two bad experiences here. The first time I came for an inspection and stood at the front desk in the lobby waiting for someone to help me as I had never been to a jiffy lube before. One of the techs had been in and out the lobby several times and walked right past me without saying anything or asking if I had been helped. I am very patient however it was obvious that he was trying to avoid me on purpose. I had to say EXCUSE ME for him to acknowledge me. I decided to give them another chance and come for this years inspection. This time I was directed where to park my car for inspection by one of the techs. While doing so, another tech started to scream at me because I was not supposed to pull my car into the stall. It is not my fault that I did not receive the proper instructions on where to leave my vehicle. If it was serious enough to scream at me, you guys should be making sure a tech is there to guide the vehicles and not assume a customer will know your procedures. I will not be back to this location ever."

"Unfortunately, my experience was not good. First of all, I brought in a 2022 car with only 25k miles on it for state inspection. Staff made me go out of the vehicle, which I'm fine with. But they opened my glove box without my consent and pulled out cabin air filter, same for engine air filter as well. Obviously, they are fine, only 25k miles on the car. Cabin one might need to be replaced soon. BUT my point is WHY THEY EVEN OPENED THE GLOVE BOX BEFORE ASKING ME??? I might have money in the, the gun or personal belongings. I would be OK, but what is the problem to ASK the customers before going in there. And even if the air filter was super dirty or missing , this is not part of state inspection requirements!!!! After I left, I tried to renew my registration but was not able to. Because they are so SMART and added additional digit to my VIN number. People, if you can't type (copy) the VIN number, please get someone who is able to!!! I called them and pointed to this with the hope they were going to fix it on their end. Since it's 1 extra digit at the very end on VIN. Just use some common sense or brain and fix it. BUT NO!!! THEY WANT ME TO DRIVE TO THEM AGAIN AS THEY CAN VERIFY!!! No brain at all. What is the chance I'm trying to get another car done for that $7 dollars??? They are joke!!! Will get it done and NEVER NEVER NEVER WILL GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! To be fair, I love Jeffy Lube and had multiple inspections done without any issues before. BUT NOT IN THIS LOCATION!!!"

"I read reviews before deciding where to go and saw all the good reviews for this location, so I decided to try you guys, and I wasn't disappointed. Y'all are great. It doesn't feel like a generic jiffy lube. It feels more like the community jiffy lube. Great environment. Also, come to find out, that's where my husband always goes. I didn't know that. Ha ha. (I just came for an inspection; he does oil changes). Keep up the great work. We appreciate you guys!"

"I purchased for my wife a gift book of "Ultimate Wash". The first 2 times she went, the car was not detailed inside at all. I took it myself today, and you can see the results. I had to ask them to clean and dry the grille, dry the lower panels of the car all the way around, and clean the interior mirrors. I have attached photos of what I discovered once I got home. Is I could give them a zero, I would."
