"Literally just got fired here for the dumbest reason EVER. Management is secretly racist towards black employees because you can be very good at working & selling but the slightest thing you do that they don’t like, they will threaten to fire you. Alfi the store manager was VERY rude & nonchalant towards me the day I left the company. I was only there for a month and was not informed that we could not do returns on ourselves because I was still learning their policies, they could have easily gave me a warning about it but no they fired me just because I returned something myself then put it on a gift card & later bought something else."

"Quite honestly, it feels like the 90s in this place. No, it’s not the dated decor. It’s the OUTSTANDING customer service the associates here offer. From the accessories department, men’s department, and women’s shoes the customer service here is something you just don’t see anymore. AND IM HERE FOR IT! Thank you Dillards employees for your smiles and kindness while helping the public survive Christmas: you guys are incredible!"

"Definitely will never shop for perfume here again. The rudest sales lady had the nerve to insinuate that I was ugly compared to my sister. My sister was shocked she had the nerve. Totally regret giving her our business. In my opinion I agree they need to be trained better to be in sales.* update we are returning the perfume. Although I love Givenchy it was not worth it to me and my sister to give her our business."
