"I've been a longtime customer here, and lately, the people working here have been making each experience quite disappointing. I think it's rude that they don't have bags. Most people here have tons of kids and strollers...they need something to put their purchases in to juggle getting back to their cars. Secondly, I called today ahead of time to ask if they were buying and they said they were about to stop. I got to the store and the buying closed signs were up outside (expected). Halfway through my shopping experience, they were accepting bins for buying from other people when they told me no. The reason I come here is to sell back old clothes to get new ones. They harranged us in the dressing room saying there were other customers. We were not in there long at all, it wasn't the only dressing room, and we are *frequent* customers, too.They rang me up and almost didn't ask for my member number and then they didn't even tell me I had a discount offer....I had to ask. On the way out...silence. I bought $150 worth of clothing and not a single thank you for your business. I hope they get their managers better trained or else the store is destined to become a dusty dinosaur. If I could describe the service today, I would say one word "ghetto." I really really like this store, and still do, but I'm honestly sick of people not treating customers with decency or have a bit of basic communication skills over the phone...something that says we are courteous and appreciative of our customers. Basic stuff really."

"I used to LOVE this place. The pricing is great and you can really find amazing deals. I’m giving 2 stars as my recent experiences have been bad one after another. I went in this week just to browse…there was an older, thicker lady working the sales counter. Mind you it’s 9:30 they just opened. She was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered there. Not only was my courteous smile and good morning ignored so were others. I watched maybe 5 woman come in within 30-45 minutes attempting to sale items and when asked questions she was rude and told them to read the sign. One lady even responded with I’ve never been here to witch she was ignored and eyes were rolled. I couldn’t believe my eyes. Not only is it a family store but it had just opened and the employee hated the world and made sure she let everyone know. Lastly I left feedback as I received a follow up text from my purchase…surprisingly enough the response I received read “We appreciate your feedback. After reviewing the camera footage and speaking with the associate, it seems your recollection differs from what happened. She was busy dealing with sellers, which can be emotionally draining when customers choose to not follow directions or are not patient…”. Not only it’s it comical that I was provided an excuse but I was told I was wrong as if my experience had a right or wrong way of experiencing it. I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Customer service is key and they do not have an ounce of it."

"I honestly really want to give them one star, but for the benefit of the doubt of (MANY) years ago of having a good seller/ buyer experience. I’m giving them 2! Their customer service now is not the best. Their system of cut off and not answering the phone and having an excuse for when buyer time has been cut off but couldn’t answer the phone. And Last and IMPORTANT it’s swindling of the lowest price they can imagine to buy your items and they can be tiptop shape items. I’m going to post a couple of pictures as an example do I think I was going to get top dollar for them like the store price? No but a decent price yes don’t pick three of my most expensive items (plus 4 other times) and just offer me 17 bucks that’s a slap in my face. I’m done this place it has a good run like 6 yrs ago"
