"CVS seems like they don't have the medications needed all the time. I pulled into the drive-thru lane to pick up some meds that I needed and "KRISTEN" was at the window and told me she can get my prescription ready it will just be 8-10 mins if I can wait. I waited because I really needed those meds. She had me wait over 30 mins. Didn't look at me just kept helping other customers as I waited. Very ridiculous, very misleading, and poor customer service. Don't tell someone it be a few minutes when really it will be over half a hour."
