"This location is horrible and unprofessional. I went to exchange something twice, the first time”we can’t return it because the tag isn’t on them, they were never worn! Second time which was today, couldn’t return a shirt still in the plastic because it’s been 45 days which it wasn’t because I counted, it has only been 43 days! They need better works and ASAP!"

"I went for school requested color tshirts. I found myself the 75% off clearance section. After combing through the racks for decent priced items for my kids I found 2 pieces with red tags. One was for a single shirt and labeled 3.75 and a pair of pants with only the item number on it. When both items were typed in the register showed another price. They said it showed it was for a multiple piece set. I’m like okay, why can’t you honor the tag price. The guy with the chili bowl hair said he doesn’t know. After ringing up the pants with no price for $17 I said never mind. I asked who puts the red tags on the clothes, he just shrugged his shoulders and said i don’t know maybe people that work before me. Then I caught him looking back at some older lady, and they giggle together and look at me. I don’t know what’s their problem. Oh yeah, that place also smells like hard core paint or acrylic nail shop. It sucks it’s the closest one to me but I’ll have to go to another one cuz i left very unsatisfied."

"Store smelled like strong fresh paint and was very overwhelming. Also, I came in to pick up an online order and the line was very long. I asked an older associate to help but she referred me to the line. I should not have to wait in a long line when my order was already purchased unlike others in the line. The time I spent standing in line was 10 times as long as it would have took the associate to bring my order from the back. The younger cashier was friendly but the older associate with the gray bob could have done more to help out."

"If i could give this place zero there you go you got it this is rediculous low service place knowing that the kids are fixing to go school soon & on a weekend who ever its running this business at this location having only 2 people as a cashier whenever a multimillionere bussiness can hired more cashiers because i know there making lots of money they preffered lots of people to leave because people don’t wanna wait long time for 50 people in line waited almost 1 hour or more who ever reads this review its eather fire the person running this store and hired someone whos willing to run this place with better service more cashiers & make more money than this place going to trash hired a better management please the cashier there doing to much work for only 2 of them don’t be sorry help them out please and please hang a complain phone number at the door to make a better bussiness people stop going to this location this place its horrible needs better service and not blaming it at the cashiers its management problem low service"
