"These cashiers are ridiculous. I placed an online pickup order and came in to get it and was not greeted and barely acknowledged. After looking at me and saying “pick up?” She proceeded to give me the receipt to the wrong order. Why? Because failed to greet me correctly and ask for my name. Y’all need to do better with these high schoolers or your business will suffer. Go to any other Children’s Place please! Smh"

"Customer service was terrible on the phone and in person. I went to pick up my order and to my surprise they were closed before 8. I even called and asked what time they close. the lady had an attitude before closing the door in a few of our faces. If you see it’s bad for business why keep the liabilities smh Update: I never got to pick up my order because I never knew when they’d be open because they close when they feel like it. When I finally caught them she said she would return the order because “I came too late and she put it back” and I would be refunded…. I never got that either. Honestly I don’t think I’ll ever shop at any children’s place ever again. This is so unacceptable"

"Meant to leave a review the past Tuesday the 19th of December. However I’m posting now. When we went to the store to look around there was a giant mess of clothing all over the floor, lots of families with their children running around bumping into other customers. The employees weren’t even doing their job just standing around talking and watching the kids in the store run around and basically destroy the store. It was so crowded and messy as well as chaotic, my husband and I couldn’t navigate our well behaved toddler around in his stroller due to the unruly children and the mess. We had to leave and instead went across the hall to the gap where it was actually quiet and well organized regardless of it being the holidays and people shopping with their kids. Used to love this location but I don’t think we’ll be returning to this children’s place location again. Kick out the customers that are destroying inventory and clean up that’s your job. It’s not that hard. No excuses if other clothing stores actually manage to have a clean and quiet store for other customers during the holidays. Employees here at this location are just lazy."

"One of the worst stores to go to at Memorial City Mall. They have the worst customer service. A couple of girls there were so rude. Also, In many occasions they close the store during the day and they close way before it's time to close. Shame on the manager at this location. I will recommend to shop on line or another store. I would give them a zero as a review if I could."

"I just left The Children's Place and had a great experience shopping with salesperson NDIRA (I hope I spelled her name right:-) and manager RAY. They provided me with EXCELLENT customer service, and it was a joy shopping in-store while they were there. I will definitely be back *keeping my fingers crossed* hopefully, those two ladies are working that day!"
