Sales representative, Faiqa, refused to take it back calling the shoes dirty. How can anyone wear the shoes with tags on? Worst customer service. Never coming back!"

"Hands down my favorite Carter's/OshGosh store! The staff here are ALL very friendly, helpful, and know their merchandise. I was in a pinch, and needed 3 full head to toe outfits for our Christmas card photo shoot. Two ladies listened to what I preferred and gave me fantastic options. The pictures turned out amazing and even the photographer commented on the kids outfits. I can't wait to go back and show them the photos!"
