Reviews of Bar 5015
"Please note: gratuity is automatically added to your bill. I loved everything about this place except the women's restroom. Most of their customers are women but there were only two stalls. I get the inside is extremely small but man, two stalls?? There was almost always a line. The bathroom attendant rocked!!! Please take a few dollars in cash if you don’t have Apple Pay to tip her. She deserved some tips because she was on top of everything. Despite the bathroom issue I had a great time. Food was good, music was on point and the crowd was right. No issues at all!!! The bartender with the short blonde haircut, that chic is the deal. She was making someone else’s order and taking ours at the same time. She remembered it all. While she may not smile a lot, she is super nice!! We visited three times in four days. My only con would be the menu items may not be the same recipe day to day. The first night our lemon pepper wings were amazing. The last night they were wet for some reason. I did notice on our receipt the first night they actually said lemon pepper wings. But the wet stuff we got on Sunday just said wings. The bartender said something about the switch up. I wonder if he was lying because they didn’t even have a hint of lemon flavor."
"Came on Sunday from Atlanta because we heard this was the hottest place to come , we were forced to buy a bottle to sit down which we remained the only table with a bottle the whole time , we couldn’t order food until the bottle came out which was truly insane considering we did bottle service and were the first customers here on a Sunday . Everyone got food but us , “the server” which really wasn’t a server told us the manager forgot to schedule servers and continued to go missing with our card , and delayed putting in our order so it was a 2hr wait on food but the food turned out to be good . We get businesses get backed up but not to Check back on the table to see what else they need in the meantime is a hurt to the business and All together to customers who want to return.. We own a bar in Atlanta and try to support other black businesses but this was highly unprofessional and feel as though they bamboozled us for no reason not knowing we were here to truly patronize , and a have a great time . When a server did show up she did amazing, her name was Anna she got right to it so we did appreciate her and will deal with her directly If we return ."
"5015 is my spot! I don't go often but when I do, I prefer going on Sundays between noon and 4 because that's when DJ Big Ra is there and I LOVE his vibe!!! I think the food and service are good. Best time to come is in the daytime when you can sit anywhere you want. Closer to the evening and night, most booths are reserved for hundreds of dollars that I am not willing to pay, just for a seat and bottle service. But many people do it. Im not judging them, that's just not something I choose to do. Hookahs are 40 bucks and I think that comes with a 2 hr limit. Valet parking usually ranges from $20-$40 depending on the day. Closest street parking is about 2 or 3 blocks away on the other side of southmore. Overall its a great place to spend your Sunday Funday especially when the weather is good!! The concerts there are great too!!! People say there are too many fights there, but I have yet to see one, so I disagree. It's always love when I'm there."
