Gyoza (pork fried dumplings), Siu Mai (shrimp and cabbage fried dumplings), Din Tai Fung (Chinese five spice pork chops), Roy Jia Mo (stewed pork in flat bread), Dou Sha Bao (red bean buns), and Singapore Mei Fun (Singapore curry noodles). All served family style and throughly enjoyed."
