"I'm really bummed to change my review of this place. It used to be the best around. Originally I gave this place 5 stars. I used to look so forward to eating here through the years. But with the younger people working here, the service has gone severely downhill. Every time I ask to add egg and avocado, they repeatedly do not add it to my sandwiches. But they sure do make sure I pay for it. I say no tapioca, and every time they go ahead and put in tapioca. Today, not only did they agsin add tapioca I did not want, but charged me a dollar more for the exact same thing as the guy after me. I've been coming here for years, and the original husband and wife ran things perfectly. I hate to say it, but I won't be back. The joy of eating here has gone away."

"One of my favorite classic banh mi sandwich shop. No crazy flair or over salting like other places. It's the traditional banh mi ingredients and so delicious. It takes me back to the $2.50 banh mi in Bellaire, but now I don't have to drive as far! Drinks are great with soft tapioca!"
