"Worst experience at an establishment in a long time! This review is top tier! Too many employees that are not doing anything! Piss poor lacking slow service! Wasted time! Can't spend any money because no one is doing anything but saying wait, give me a second, hold on... what the hell!?! I wanted to buy food and drinks but no service! People at the bar are just leaving. 22 mins NO DAMN SERVICE. If my kids were not having fun with games I would leave"

"Update: On top of everything that went wrong on this day, I verified my card and sure enough, they charged me twice for the food order. So after it taking more than an hour to receive my receipt after asking the staff, my intuition was correct. I would always advise getting receipts. I also responded on their site as they requested, no response. Fun time. The pizza was pretty good. Service is super slow, though, and this is my second time, same type services. Took a long time to take order, even longer to receive, and it was wrong. We confirmed a large, she repeated back, but ordered a personal pan. It took even longer to get my receipt. Received receipt almost an hour after asking. The front desk also had trouble issuing a receipt and had to call management. I will be verifying receipts against my card. The place as a whole is still a fun thing to do."

"Pretty nice location overall. The staff are nice and the food is good as well. One issue that I have is with the games. Seeing how expensive the cards can be, you'd think that all the games would be up and running, but that is not the case. Many games are errored or end up taking points without granting credit. Other than that, this location is usually busy, leading to long wait times for bowling."

"Family Fun for Everyone!!! There are 3 different locations in the Houston area and they all have something a little different in there events. From putt putt golf, laser tag, high walk, pool tables, bowling etc. They really offer an excellent family friendly environment. They offer a variety of activities and packages for the whole family. If you looking for video games and a really fun time. This is a great place!!!"

"Fun place to take the Family and our youth group.. laser tag is really fun, Arcade has a lot of selections.. and the bowling has a bunch of lanes! The young folks working could have some better social presence.... Leadership training would help a lot... They weren't rude . Just looked like they didn't want to be there..."
