"Did a mobile order came to pick up my order and it wasn’t even prepared and then my large combo made my drink a medium and when I requested for it to be a large they wanted to charge me for a whole Nother drink instead of upgrading my cup or just fixing my order to where I have a large drink I am very disappointed with this location they are not that helpful and I’m very frustrated not to mention pregnant and I couldn’t get what I wanted! Oh also my order was $33 and they couldn’t even compensate my drink for me what a shame."

"I've been to this location twice in the morning and the lady name Ana seems to have some challenges. I respect my Latin brothers and sisters but we must do better. The first time I asked her for ketchup and she said it was in the bag when it wasn't. Second time I had scanned the lovely Wendy's app to get free seasoned fries with any purchase. She scanned the app and then gave me my order. Problem is no fires in the bag. She said the app didn't take it. That's because she isn't knowledgeable on how to use it. Twice she has inconvenienced me and I feel like she needs some additional training. The next time I go to Wendy's and she's there I will literally do her job for her."

"I usually order through the app because the employees state that the rewards scanner does not work. Ordering through the app ensures that I will get my rewards points. I sat in the dine in and ordered through the app. They were busy with drive through so I assumed they were gathering my order. Next thing I know they were just standing there so I asked is my dine in order ready. The guy stated he didn't know and I showed him the app with my receipt. The manager began to say the order was already picked up. I said how when I order it and paid for it as soon as I got in the lobby? I been waiting for 20 mins. She began to say well idk what you want me to do. I say just give me a refund instead of arguing. She stated Wendy's does not give refund through mobile. I asked her to show me how and she refused after while she began ignoring me. I asked either give me a refund or give me my order. She just stared at me and acted like she didn't understand anything I was saying. So I asked for corporate or her managers number and she proceeds to say I am the manager with a smile. They all ignored me. I will never come back here. If I do not get a refund ON MY CARD I will get a lawyer. I asked them to refund and they proceed to laugh at me like I'm a joke. I recorded this on video. A bunch of miserable prejudice people."

"This Wendy's is the best one in the area. Whoever made my double stack knows what they're doing because I order extra pickle, onion and tomatoes on mine and they get it right every time. Update: Check out my double stack from the $5 Biggie Bag. Once again, magnificent,!"
