"Bought two pairs of shoes and on one pair they they gave me two different size shoe a 1 and a 12 in the same box by time I realized the shoe sizes were different they were already closed and first day of school was the next day and I had to send my daughter to school with an old pair of shoes usually when I buy shoes the cashier checks it I guess they slipping over there you better check your shoes before you leave no telling how many times it has happened already"

"The Associate Aaron was unprofessional in the way that he handled my transaction. He asked me if I wanted to exchange. I told him no because I purchased new shoes last week anticipating the exchange. He gave me all small bills the majority in 1 dollar bills because he didn't like the return. The unprofessional person didn't give me the larger bills although I requested he do so. Then he just gave it to me and didn't bother to count it out. I have spent literally hundreds of dollars in the last 3 weeks with a plan to return but you can guarantee they will not see any of my money. I would never choose to tolerate rudeness and disrespect. He would benefit from customer service training."
