"Chicken Fried Steak with Southern Cornbread Black Angus Burger Chili Tots and Ranch Tots Ambiance 4/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Service 3/5 Food 3/5 Very cute place, we loved the atmosphere and decor. The hostess was dry, but our servers were nice. They could’ve been more attentive for the amount of people that were there. (Lunch, three 2-tops and two 4-tops) Beer was cold. I was not asked how I would like my burger cooked, and it was served dry. It needed salt and pepper, at the minimum. The bottom bun was a soggy sponge. His CFS was served with sausage gravy-which was not disclosed on the menu. Thankfully, we aren’t Jewish or Muslim. It was a little chewy and needed salt and pepper but tasted alright. He got Chili Tots and I got Ranch Tots-which were exactly the same thing and straight from a bag. For a $70 lunch, we expected way more."
"Entering into the restraunt is amazing. Looks clean, put together and Upscale. Service was good. We were seated immediately and the waitresses quickly took our drink order. Family of four we were impressed with everything until the food came out. The Sweet tea was not drinkable. The pre-made burger patty was unflavored, but it was edible. The pulled pork was edible, but the coleslaw was horrible. The Devil made the Drums. They were so hard, the crust was charred and hard. The manager came over and tried to make it right TY BTW, but Never Again."
"Great food and service. We got there right at open. We got great seats by the window. It was a spacious restaurant and the food was amazing. This might be our new breakfast spot."
"10/10 MUST try! Everything from start to finish was perfect. We came at 11:40am, no wait time and had the lunch. We started with the Fried Gouda for our appetizer and the FLAVORS were amazing with the two dipping sauces. We followed with chicken fried steak with ranch tots and the BBQ pulled pork grilled cheese. We kept the sauces from the appetizer and it was perfect. EVERYTHING has such a good flavor down to the rosemary on the fries. We finished with peach cobbler (they were out of blackberry). For the experience, price was VERY reasonable! The menus change depending on the time so we WILL be returning to try the dinner and breakfast as well. I took pictures of those menus as well. Regardless of who was wearing what the service was AMAZING from the hostess to the waitress. The music was perfect and relaxing and they do have live music depending on the time. Breakfast 7-10am Lunch 10-5pm, 10-4pm Sunday’s (we saw both casual and Sunday dresses customers) Dinner 5-10pm, 4-8 Sundays (more of a fancy attire or more dressy not very casual, slightly higher prices)"
"Live music with someone playing piano at the front, full bar with great drinks, staffed appropriately, great food! There were a few minor things that won't stop us from going again including my partner's steak being slightly over cooked, the server forgetting to check on us, taking silverware when dirty but then forgetting to bring new silverware, spilling water on the floor while pouring and then not cleaning it up, and when we ordered food, there were items on the menu they said they couldn't make due to supply shortages including most of the dessert menu. Since most of the issues were related to the server and supply chain, we will still go back because the atmosphere is great and the food is delicious. We are guessing the server was just having an off night and we read in the news after leaving that many area restaurants were having supply issues. After we go back again I will update this review. There are so very few nice restaurants in Washington County or surrounding counties and this one was worth the drive to Navasota."
