"August 2014 - Please read before you take your weedeater/lawnmower in for repair to this establishment. I had a poor experience with their repair service. I took my weedeater in for a small fuel line leak and went ahead and asked them to due a tune up on my weedeater, they spliced the fuel line instead of using one solid piece of fuel line (I suspect they used two pieces) and the tune up only caused my weedeater to turn off when you try to accelerate it. Went in and explained my situation only to have the shop manager/owner raise his voice at me about my fuel and that I put bad fuel in there and that it was my fault the weedeater was doing that. They claimed it was a new issue and I would have to pay another service charge to get it checked for this new issue that was not present before I took it into them for repair. They said my only option was to leave it there again for inspection and pay the other service charge and to possibly repair the carburetor since they said the symptoms I am explaining point to that. Again this problem with my weedeater was not present before and all they were doing was putting a new fuel line and tune up. Reposting here as they seem to have removed my review from their facebook page."

"At first service was great, but when I took home my trimmer and attempted to use it, it malfunctioned or didn't work as it should. At the store they revved it, but it was my fault for not checking. They now want me to pay again for them to take a look at it. Same problem. Parts are $13 and about 10 mins or less to fix, I just didn't want to do it, but looks like I now have to. This is why trying small shops is a risk. Save your time if you are capable of doing the work yourself."
