"Lauren (I saw in another review that she is a manager at the Tanger location in Ft. Worth) was exceptionally helpful! I was looking for an 18 month size in a clearance item, but did not have the number needed to look it up. Once again, she took a lot of time to search for the item online and in other stores. She advised me to call back with the needed number (I had it at home, over an hour away), which I did. She was able to find the item in a store nearer to me, called that location to confirm and ask for it to be held for me. I told her how much I appreciated her “five-star” help. She replied that they are there to help the customer in any way they can. It is RARE to experience GREAT customer service-even if with just a smile and pleasant attitude-let alone, going out of the way to go beyond good customer service to help a customer. This lady deserves a promotion!!"
