"Dishonest and immoral. Got oil change using my own oil and have been paying $10 for few years for that. They said they stopped accepting oil and filter from customers. Since i didn't know they will do it for or last time. --all fair. However, after serving he asked for $40 instead of $10. High immoral business conduct. Lost me as customer for future."
"I came in with a completely broken transmission, very stressed and worried about the cost of fixing it. Robert worked with the warranty company I had a warranty through and fought for a new transmission when they wanted to replace it with a used one. And he got it! "These guys are really amazing!!! Best experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop - ever! I brought in my plug-in hybrid because the check engine light came on. When I picked up the car, they said that they probably fixed the problem (the engine light no longer on), but could not be 100% sure that the fix would be permanent. The amazing part is that they didn't charge me anything because of this. I marked my calendar on the day three months from the day I picked it up. If the light is still on, I will go back and pay them for their time. When was the last time you experienced such honesty and customer service! By the way, it's been one week and the light is still off."
