"I was really excited to be able to support a local neighborhood business, but these people are just flat out rude, especially the lady working the front counter. I brought a vehicle in for a state Inspection and the lady at the front desk said that the guy that does the inspection was not in but would be expected later in the day. So here I am, the WHOLE day thinking my inspection has been completed only to find out at 4:30 PM that the guy never showed up to work. And the front desk lady didn't have the common courtesy to call and let me know, and when I confronted her about it not only was she argumentative and rude but she proceeded to say, "I couldn't call you because I threw your phone number away." SERIOULSLY!? Very rude employees. I will never set foot in this establishment again."
