"I went to this place to get me some beat hooked up. The work was very sloppy and wires were shown everywhere. The owner loves to over charge you and he's very unprofessional . He loves to lie , he's very rude and very disrespectful . He doesn't care about anything unless it's your money. I wish I could give this place a "zero" star rating. The boss always has an attitude and has a smart mouth. This place is terrible and unethical. He sold me some speakers that I thought was top of the line but upon doing my research I realized the speakers were average and I was overcharged .I'm warning everyone to not go there unless you want to get ripped off or get a sloppy installation job."

"Went to a couple of shops They had ridiculous wait times and nothing in stock or anything they had stock was too high So I gave this place a shot They had a wide selection and all in stock I needed speakers and wanted something different from what I had bought before Every where I went they had kicker and the same boring options Check them out"

"High prices and the owner yells and lies. I did my research on what I wanted and what it would take to achieve what I wanted. I went to other places that confirmed what I researched. But this guy at Sound Box said they all including the research was wrong. He told me I could not regain stirring wheel control and back up camera only to find out after calling me and everyone else a lie. It was possible. He just didn't know how. They stole my tools and installed improperly and messy. They threw all my stuff all over the back seat and damaged some of my stuff. He didn't even want to give me a receipt. Who doesn't give a receipt after a sale. I'll tell you who. A Crook. He charged me $25 for an antenna adapter that everyone else is charging $10 for. He charged me $700 for a radio that I found out was only $450. This is not the place to go to if your looking for good service and good work. I had to buy new tools and take my truck somewhere else to get my reverse camera to work and the install done right. I spent over $1700 at sound box only to be left feeling played."
