"Dropped by our nearest Jiffy Lube for my vehicle’s annual inspection. There was no line at all, the shop had plenty of employees, and it was neatly maintained. As I sat, more customers joined in the waiting room, and each one was greeted promptly by employees. My technician, Quincy, was fast, responsive, friendly, helpful, informative, knowledgeable, and not the least bit pushy— though he DID upsell me on a cabin air filter. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. We’ll definitely be back!"

"I've visited this particular Jiffy Lube in Cypress a few times now. Past experiences were good, but this last time was very different. Lots of young "kids" working (playing around mostly). Several different employees kept trying to talk me into paying for additional services. Are they on commission or something? They made a bit of a mess in my car...mostly the glove compartment where they rifled through it to find my tire key. Seats moved back, not returned to original place. Another compartment had been opened and moved. My last experience at this jiffy lube seemed to have older, more knowledgeable employees that, among other things, were much more professional and weren't trying to pile on products.. I won't be back."

"Just had a great experience. It was super quick service and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Usually I get the cheapest oil change I can find because I consider oil changes a necessary evil, but I was sick and tired of slow and rude service so when I came here I was blown away by how friendly every single employee was. They were efficient and knowledgeable. They pulled out the air filters in my car just so I could see them to decide if I wanted to have them replaced. Seriously if I could give 6 stars I would. I really appreciate all the employees here and will be coming back."

"Service was good. However, I was asked if I would like to replace my interior air filter which I agreed to. I didn’t think to ask the price and that information was not provided until after service. I would not have went ahead with it if I had known it was $50. Great sales tactic but it screws the customer. I probably won’t go back."

"In and out in about 45 minutes for a $25 state inspection. Facility is new, clean and organized. Employees positive and personable. May come back for an oil change."
