"I called over the phone for crawfish. And I was the prices. But I didn't tell the manager that I was taking it to go and she gave me what she wanted to charge me. I wanted to change my order she didn't give chose to make another order. I'm a customer. I can make my own chose. Especially if I'm spending my money and paying what I asked for. She was not trying to work with her customers. She demanded me to pay for something I didn't ask for. When I told her I wanted the dining in special. I wasn't aware of there policy. I was aware they stopped taking orders over the phone. I haven't been to this location in years. And I was unfairly treated as a customer. I felt that was rude and disrespectful to not help customer and recharge me for the special. I'm sorry but the new policy needs to be changed. Because she lost a paying customer."

"The manager is extremely rude to black customers. The micro aggression and condescending tone unprovoked was very unnecessary i don’t recommend this place at all! The wait for service is ridiculous. I asked 1/2 waitresses for service and she said I’ll send someone for you. The manager tried to blatantly disrespect and embarrass me infront of other costumers when i respectfully asked for assistance with my order. I used to frequent this place often but am completely disappointed with the service i have received."

"Be careful, they will include the tip on your tab regardless of how big is the party, we were two and they did. Probably trying to get double tip. With out telling the customer Not the first time anyway. We came back because Crawfish are good not so much the service."

"Howdy Folks! Okay….let me tell you about this hidden gem of a place. Well, I want to tell you….but then again I DONT want to tell you, because this place has a “we are family” type of vibe and I don’t want it to be ruined - but against my better judgement….here goes nothing: The crawfish here are so good they make me want to go to my sweet dead grandmother’s gravesite and wake her up and say “Girl…come taste the baby lobsters” (as she used to call them). I would do that, except I think it would be weird if y’all walk in and see me eating with a skeleton and we don’t want to scare the people away….. Out of the million and one places in Houston that is in the crawfish Bidnez, this place is by far my favorite. I go about 2 times a week. I simply love it! I love the staff, I love the owner, I love the patrons, I just love EVERYBODY! The crawfish is not the only thing good here….I get the salad, which is ALWAYS fresh. I’ve also gotten the wings (both naked and fried) which are DELISH! Let’s not talk about the frozen jack and coke….HONEY BUNNY! That thing will have you doing the WATOOSIE out on the patio. Let’s just cut to the chase: BLUF: Pros: Free and plentiful parking (which is rare at Houston restaurants these days) Friendly Staff Happy Hour Great Ambiance Down Home Feel $ - great prices Music Cons: Nothing! Now don’t go and tell everyone about this place! Keep it between you and I."

"The service was great! The drinks were on point and perfect size! The atmosphere was nice and the steak was cooked to perfection and seasoned well. We had a great time and we will be back again."
