"Hello, Gladys. We are disappointed in your review. Our employees made every effort to provide you with the highest quality service, but unfortunately, we were unable to do so because of numerous miscommunications between you and your own contractor. As you are certainly aware, we agreed to deliver a propane tank filled with propane to your home and install it according to specifications that you requested. However, after we had completed the tank installation, your contractor insisted that we also install a stove, which was not part of our agreement. Nevertheless, we agreed to install the stove and even had a second employee deliver parts needed to complete the stove installation. But after the parts were delivered, the contractor again changed our agreement by demanding that the propane tank be left empty, even though it was already filled and as you had requested. The contractor further demanded that we adjust the specifications of the tank installation even though we had already completed the tank installation according to the specifications that you had provided us. According to the contractor, the specifications that you provided would conflict with plans that the contractor had related to landscaping. We, of course, were unaware of these plans and had no control over thismiscommunication between you and your own contractor. I then spoke with you on the phone and explained that we would be able to accommodate these new specifications, but there would naturally be an additional fee. You became very rude, even accusing us of lying. And to further compound the problem, the contractor then canceled the stove installation, telling us that his plumber would do it instead. At that point, we felt we had no choice but to retrieve our tank and allow you and your contractor to decide how to proceed without our services. We believe that we made every reasonable attempt to work with you. Unfortunately, there were clearly numerous miscommunications between you and your own contractor that prevented us from being able to service you. You were also completely inconsiderate of the entire day that multiple employees spent at your home and the significant financial resources that were lost in the process. We are proud of the fact that the vast majority of our clients are pleased with our service and intend to continue that track record."

"If I could rate without selecting a single star I would. I will start this off by stating they had the best price. However, there’s a saying “you get what you pay for” for a reason. 1st they kept giving me the run around as to why they weren’t going out on scheduled dates to do instal. Then Installation wasn’t done to code. Which is extremely dangerous. When we called them out on it they said they’d go out to redo it. All they did was rip the line out and didn’t complete the job. I finally had to tell them to pick up their tank. Do NOT trust South Texas Propane."
