"I was looking for some cute pajamas for my nephew for a gift and I never received it. I looked at the order to see if it was cancelled but it had been processed and I knew they charged me for it and it went thru because my bank told me. So I will not EVER be shopping online at this lame store again. They don't even have a lot of variety. Even Walmart has more to choose from ha. I HOPE NO ONE makes the mistake to shop here online because of how disorganized they are. TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!"

"I read some of these reviews and I’m not sure what store these shoppers are going to! But every time I shop here I’m overly greeted and everyone always seems so happy. I never see anyone on phones and this store is always so organized and clean!!! My kids love the clothes."

"Well were do I start to tell you, this store employee's customer service was the worst I have seen. First of all this store doesn't give back full refunds just exchanges. These employees are so disrespectful. It's not my story to tell but I think it needs to be heard. There was this customer who came into the store with some baby clothes that she wanted to get a refund on and the cashier just told her they don't give refunds. She didn't want to tell her the reason why she wanted a refund but did so anyways and the reason was that she had a miscarriage and didn't need the clothes anymore and just wanted to get her money back . The cashier did not have any sympathy to say she was sorry to hear that or make an effort to try and do anything which I thought was wrong of them and the store policy. Why wouldn't they have refunds for reasons like that and especially being a children's clothing store. Something needs to be done about that ASAP!"
