"Stopped for margaritas and an appetizer before the Jimmy Buffett tribute band event. Friends ordered corn bread and kitchen couldn't get it to us in a timely fashion. Had to get it to go. Otherwise, wait person was attentive and pleasant. I'll give them another try."

"IDK what happened but I ordered their famous chili with chunks of sirloin, very disappointed, no chunks, only shredded meat, I stopped by based on the reviews. And what happened to the cornbread, it was way overcooked, looks like the batter was way too dry. Cornbread was thin and dry, overall a very underrated meal. I really wanted to like the Phoenix but most likely will not come back. However, it looks like a nice place to hang out with friends for drinks."

"I've been looking for a no frills, just plain good burger, and I found it. Cooked perfectly and seasoned well. They had a good selection of draft beer and welcoming prices on the whiskey... just what I needed after a long weekend of working. I'll be back! Update.... Came in 10 minutes before close like an A-Hole and they still served me with the most politeness and professionalism. Love that. Thank you all!"
